My daughter & son-in-law have a similar pair which they have had for over a year and have had no problems and like their performance as well. I bought large capacity to do comforts, blankets,and Carharts and they handled them perfectly. The washer has never gone out of balance and the dryer has surprised me by getting heavy loads done quicker than I expected. This pair is also considerably quieter during operation than my last. The delivery &installation was done quickly & professionally.

They work so well have lots of cleaning options and I am enjoying it very much. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

As well as the lint try gets stuck and you have to yank it out every time you need to empty it. This is just ok, there are better options.

I wish we would have kept the old ones. The first GE dryer Best Buy delivered was DOA. They brought a new one weeks later and this one has been nothing but issues. Best Buy has come to my home to work on this dryer multiple times and now the entire back plate on the inside fell off. Now Best Buy says we have to go through the manufacturer, ok will do. GE has been awful to work with. Definitely do not recommend this dryer or GE. Even when the dryer does work, I can only use it on "time dry" because the other settings will leave my clothes wet. When I told the tech that came out from GE he said the dryer gets hot so it's working. We purchased this dryer in August of 2023, it's only March of 2024 and it's nothing but issues.

It looks sharp, holds a big load, and most importantly, it dries my clothes without fuss. The sanitize and steam options are a nice bonus, but honestly, I just toss clothes in and they come out dry every time. Simple, reliable, and does exactly what it should.

The employee that helped us was so helpful and we got the best deal for this product at Beat Buy. Remember the price match!! The washer is so easy to use and has a large capacity. I highly recommend this product and the Tiger Town Best Buy in Opelika, Al!!

They also damaged it but gave me $150 off. It regularly makes a weird noise toward the end of the cycle. The notification sound is annoying because it repeats so many times.

Plenty of variations to the cycles and some you can download. It is a nice bonus to be able to track how long it is until the cycle is over from anywhere.

It worked just okay the first 4 months Then clothes were still damp Clothes has to do another dryer cycle. Now it will not do a complete wash cycle of clothes. Most of the time it will only dry two or three items. I paid almost $700 dollars for dryer for this. I am stuck with . I know I will never buy another GE product. My first and my last.

Posted .We'd like to assist with the drying performance of your dryer. There are a few things we recommend trying that may resolve this. Be sure to remove and clean the lint filter each time it is used. The filter can be washed with warm soapy water to remove fabric softener residue from the screen. Check for an obstruction in the ductwork. Make sure the outside wall cap or damper is operating easily. If flexible ducting is used, be sure that it is not kinked and is installed properly.
