Dryer delivered yesterday, got it hooked up and leveled as required and when turned on it makes a scraping noise. Will be returning.

They didn’t check the pipes when I went to use it water went everywhere. Came to find out they messed up the thread and now I gotta wait for that part to come in. I haven’t heard anything back from them when I was told I will get a call back.

We bought the washer and dryer as a pair and this is the second set we have purchased. We had this exact set in our old house and it worked flawlessly so my wife and i bought the same ones and they work just as well as the first set we bought. We would buy them again.

No drying well, app needs work

I been using the dryer for about 3 weeks now, and so far I am not to happy with it, it is not drying the clothes well!!!! I try every setting and temperature and every time I have some damp clothes at the end of the cycle, so I have to run it again, other thing that needs more work is the app, cause it only works to tell you when the cycle is over, you cannot control the machine with the app in any way.

Very good size but it sometimes does not dry on the first run.
