My clothes dry completely. I don't have to keep adding time to get them dry. They dry with a lot less wrinkles if any! I recommend this Smart Gas Dryer!

Had to warranty under 8 months

Stopped working in December. Warranty process took two weeks, but at least this was taken care of. A plastic bearing that goes around a pulley had broken off. Two weeks without a working dryer in the frigid MN in December - I do not wish that on my worst enemy. Sortta disappointed in the quality of these appliances. My last laundry pair lasted 20+ years without any service call, but this had definitely humbled me. When it works - it works well. Hope mine was just a bad apple in the mix.
