We only wish we would have noticed the door opens opposite of what we wanted. We will see if it can be switched around. So far we are happy with our purchase other than that.

That was a little annoying to get used to turning that on for every cycle. I want my clothes fully dry every time i put them in the dryer.

We purchased this in Sept 2023, and thankfully, it only took us no more than 2 weeks to have it delivered. And it wasn't in stock! It is a little loud when it spins, but it does it's work! Plus the other stores, the wait time was more of a month out ..Thank you Best Buy and sales Kristopher (he has his own different spelling of his name) of Pearl City in helping us!

It sounds like an airplane taking off. Also do not like that the dryer does not have temperature sensor. My clothes were still damp after full dry completed.

We do encourage you to view the article on our GE Appliances website called "Top Load Washer - Normal Sounds" as well as the article called "Dryer - Noises" to ensure that both of your units are working as they should. We also advise to ensure that the venting system is not blocked and that you're not mixing heavy and light items together to ensure that your clothes come out dry.
