    I read reviews which said pair was loud. It sounds like an airplane taking off. Also do not like that the dryer does not have temperature sensor. My clothes were still damp after full dry completed.

We do encourage you to view the article on our GE Appliances website called "Top Load Washer - Normal Sounds" as well as the article called "Dryer - Noises" to ensure that both of your units are working as they should. We also advise to ensure that the venting system is not blocked and that you're not mixing heavy and light items together to ensure that your clothes come out dry. If you'd like, you can view the full troubleshooting tips on page 12 of the Use and Care manual found on the product page. If these tips do not help, please schedule service by calling 833-426-3393.
