    This is the second washer dryer I have purchased in a year. unfortunately they wouldn’t install them in either property. Delivery men said I needed a plumber at both. Plumber came and said it wasn’t true. $250 extra dollars for their “free install” don’t use Best Buy

    Loud noise. Defective

    Making loud noise while working. Complained to customer service. They said i had only 15 days to complain and i have to go to the manufacture. I was not told this policy at the time i purchased it. Very disappointed

    Less than impressed for the price. It doesn’t auto sense when the clothes are not dry. I thought it had that feature. It feels cheaply made.

    Do not buy from Best Buy ever since they have so many delivery issues and don’t give refunds or ask for credit for all the issues we had for delivery they damaged our place and did not give us any money for it.

    AWFUL! After 1 second of running the machine goes to no heat. This has been the second they installed it. We called best buy and they say they will open a claim yet we havent heard anything! The installers damaged our sink cabinet and they havent fixed it. DONT BUY

      First, make sure that the “No Heat” temperature option wasn’t accidentally selected. Then, if your dryer is not heating, it could be due to a blown fuse or a tripped circuit breaker; in this case the dryer may tumble but not heat. Check the house fuse/circuit breaker box and replace both fuses or reset both breakers.     BUYER BEWARE of Best Buy

    Bought this top rated machine to replace old one. Salesperson set notification in case price dropped so they could refund the difference. But when I went to get the refund I was told I already got it?? Very disappointed and was almost $600 extra we paid as a result! Very misleading. Machine is doing well I recommend it but buy it from a reputable dealer not Best Buy!!!

      We are sorry to hear you are having this issue with your dryer. Some shaking/noise is normal. we recommend confirming your dryer is level and on a secure floor and sitting evenly.       We encourage you to check the vent on the back of your dryer and the vent cap on the outside of your home for any type of obstruction or restriction that could affect the drying performance. If you continue to experience long dry times, disconnect the power to the unit for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics.     Drys quickly

    Love the dryer, it does dry fast but it does still leave my clothes damp, more damp then i would like. The lint trap is poorly desighned i have to pick out larger chunks that wont go into the lint trap. So overall if you really want your clothes all the way dry I suggest a time dry cycle for 60 minutes

    Avoid like the plague - 2 broken in 6 months

    I'm on my second one of these in 6 months. First one the power button wouldnt work and they couldnt get the parts for months. The second one the ignitor stopped working and it wouldn't heat. Worst appliance pair I have ever bought. Avoid these like the plague. I have had 3 of the matching washer too. Ugh.

    Just Got it Yesterday Water in Soap Dispenser

    I just had this new washer installed by Best Buy yesterday and have done 3 regular load of laundry. I use laundry pods, I throw inside, but I am already noticing a good amount of water puddling in the laundry detergent dispenser which we are not using at all. After I did 3 loads yesterday, I wiped it down then ran the vent drying system and yet there is still water. I just got this new applicance yesterday and it is already leaking water from the dispenser we are not even using. HELP!

      We appreciate you leaving your review with us. It is normal for water to be in the dispensers. The unit will rinse the detergent dispensers even if you're using detergent pods. This is normal.     Too loud and too much vibration

    I like the fact that this washer is 5.3 and have a tank for detergent. However, compared to LG and Samsung washers, it's very loud (75dB) and makes a lot of vibrations, even it was leveled properly. I installed it and used it for two days, and then I returned it to get a Samsung. When working, the GE washer washer shook all the laundry room walls, and I could hear it from the second floor. Won't recommend it.

    Ge profile dryer

    I absolutely hate this dryer!! I can not turn off the control lock no matter what we do!! So now I have a bunch of wet clothes that I have to find a place to dry them! An expensive machine that doesnt work. Save your money look for something else. If I could give this minus stars I would.
