    I absolutely hate this dryer!! I can not turn off the control lock no matter what we do!! So now I have a bunch of wet clothes that I have to find a place to dry them! An expensive machine that doesnt work. Save your money look for something else. If I could give this minus stars I would.

      We regret to hear about the difficulty you're having with your dryer. If you have not already done so, press and hold the Light pad for a full three seconds to turn the control lock feature off and on. If you continue to have difficulty, disconnect power to the unit for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. If this does not resolve the issue, please call Bodewell, our authorized service team directly at 1-833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET to have your dryer evaluated and repaired as needed.
