Hands down the best washer/dryer combo I’ve ever owned. They are phenomenal and surprisingly quiet when using. I love the smart features and they look very nice!

This is a good product, but it was a little flawed when the men delivered it. The corner was scraped up and the top had some type of hard clear bubbles. Other than cosmetic issues I wish the lint catcher was a better fit. Over all I like this product.

If you have king sized bedding this is for you. The features are amazing and you can monitor time in the mobile app.

I bought this dryer for the hotel I manage. Very large capacity which is one of the reasons I bought it. We don't use the steam feature so I can't review that part of it. This is a gas dryer. It was reasonably priced compared to other gas dryers I looked at. So far this dryer is living up to my expectations. And it looks good also. I'm satisfied!

We have only had the dryer a couple of days before now. The dryer works great most of the time. Our only issues with the unit is once you have the wi-fi connected there is no explanation on how to operate the dryer by your mobile device. The dryer also looses connection with the wi-fi a lot. We have also noticed that on occasion the dryer indicates the load is dry but when we remove the garments they are still damp.

Efficiency and environmentally better because it uses less water and electricity. Wi-Fi is great.

The color is nice and the size is pretty standard, so it fits our space, although it sticks out a bit further than our last couple dryers. The cycle options are plentiful and operation is easy. I like the WiFi connection and getting notifications on my phone makes it convenient. I HATE the lint trap and there is no way to fix it. Every time I open the dryer after a cycle, there is lint hanging out of the cracks and holes of the trap. Cleaning the trap (wiping the lint out by hand) causes lint dust to float away from the outside and it gets all over everything. This is especially visible on the black finish of the dryer. I’ve owned several washer/dryer sets over the years and I’m honestly baffled at how poorly this thing traps lint. I worry the design oversight may bleed into other functions of the dryer and I’m in for future frustrations as parts fail.

If cost is no issue then this is the dryer for you. It has all of the bells and whistles. Wi-Fi, steam, and multiple modes for drying. We bought the matching pair. Have had no issues so far. Would recommend. *Note: Ours was damaged on delivery, but Besty Buy replaced everything and was great to work with.

Very Good drying time. Large and spacious enough when you wash bed sheets. Gas cost to run this dryer is cheap

This dryer works so well. It is big on the inside and is able to dry all of our big comforters without any issues. It is also great that you can stop the dryer at any time using the app. We love it and would absolutely buy another one.

+ The washer is great on its own, but I love the ability to check the wash progress on my phone. I wish there was a web app that I could pull up on my computer. - Initially I thought the wash+dry cycle would be handy for when I start a load before bed, but after using it once I realized it doesn't have a proper exhaust and lint trap, which lead to the entire interior being coated in lint, and I assume with regular use it would cause problems. I don't think I'll be using that feature outside of an absolute necessity. + I love the load capacity, it's much larger than my previous washer, so I get a lot more done with eac bch load. + I don't anticipate the micro ban coating to completely eliminate the growth of mold, but I appreciate the extra line of defense.

Works great no complaints easy installation runs smoothly

Very quite dryer. It has many functions and it does a great job drying. It’s also very spacious for drying bedding.

The drier works great, I wish the sanitize and other water based features worked great. They tend to leave whatever you dry a little on the damp side. Recently the dryer started to leave a puddle of water inside and contents spot soaked.

Dries towels efficiently. Easy to clean lint trap. Steam option gets clothes a little too wet.

Huge tub. Drys well. Love the smart features that tells you when drying is done.

We have had this dryer for a little over a year now and it has been great. The door was a little difficult to close when we first got it and Best Buy promptly ordered us a new dryer and installed it a couple days later. My only complaint is that Best Buy contracts the installations to AYS Repairs. They insisted on charging us $85 for a permit that I'm fairly certain they never applied for. I have had the washer and dryer replaced before and did not need to get a permit. They insisted on it, so I paid them and they told me the county would come to inspect it in a couple days. Nobody came to inspect it. Over the next couple months, I called multiple times and each time they told me that they would contact the county and an inspector would be out shortly. I finally gave up. I have checked the Frederick County permits website and I do not see any evidence that a permit was ever applied for. I have had quite a bit of work done on my house and there are many other permits, but none for a washer or dryer installation. I don't know if I really needed a permit/inspection, but I do know that AYS took my money and never applied for one.

Great dryer. Very intuitive and it can link up to your GE Profile washer. Love the steam and sanitize option. Love the capacity to dry our Cal King comforter.
