Easy to use. The only issue I had was that one of.the original pair of techs that came out, did not hook up the steam feature of the dryer even though I reminded him twice & he had the neccessary parts in his hands at the end of installation which he took with him. A second group of tech was sent out and did a excellent job getting the staked units out of the closet and connecting up the steam on the dryer. My only suggestion is check hook up especially if you are placing units stacked into a laundry closet.

I am not very happy with the lint container. It is junk and does not come clean at all. What a joke. The finish is all scratched after less than 1 month.

Much larger than my old dryer, but fits like the old one. Seems to dry more efficiently, will see if the Gas bill is higher or lower, it is rated energy efficient. Lint catcher tray feels very flimsy & cheap, plastic is not very thick. So far I like this dryer

My wife is a nurse and when we dry her uniform, they come out wrinkle we have tried every setting option to no avail. never happen with the Kenmore. This a little disappointing. I would recommend this unit for this reason. The washer has been perfect
