    The ice machine works well. But the customer service was below poor. The first person I spoke to was so rude. If it was not that I was buying and picking this up for someone else I would not have bought it from Best Buy. I had not been to a best buy in over 10 years. I will not be returning.

    I love the machine, but I recommend using distilled water only. The water's high mineral content here, even when filtered, led to excessive scaling and cleaning.

    Takes a bit to begin making ice, but I suppose that's the same for all ice machines. The only thing I don't like is that when I place the ice in the freezer to store it, it becomes a big chunk of ice. It's a bit hard to try and keep it from sticking to each other and retain its original shape.
