Haven't tried the blue tooth feature, but definitely got to impatient on this ice machine. The water tank will be full but says "empty" and takes too long for it to fill up with ice. I would put the ice in a bag or container in the freezer but didn't like how it'll all stick together.

GE Opal 2.0 Ice Maker with side tank

DO NOT PURCHASE this product. This ice was great while it lasted, but definitely not worth more than $250 a year, considering the cost of this item.

I'm regretting not paying attention to the many dissatisfied reviewers online. You are warned: yes, it could happen to you. After 16 months my $600 purchase became a 40 pound paper weight. Pay for the extended warranty if you wind up buying this. Looks like you'll use it. ☹️
