    Amazing ice...might be even better than Sonic and I was actually surprised at how quickly it starts producing ice. It’s expensive but truly worth the price, especially if you can grab it while it’s on sale

    Ice is great! Holds well in the machine until needed. The app scheduling is great also as we have it set every day to come on around 2pm, and we have enough "good" ice for the whole evening.

    Works great out of the box - still trying to figure out how to connect it to wifi as the instructions are not straight forward.

    Worth the price! Convenient,. Was a gift for my wife, she loves it! Will recommend. Only problem, noisy but no difference than the refrigerator.

    Works great! Wouldnt get it without the side tank but do be careful the side tank is 2 peices and can come apart. Once you know that your fine.

    I LOVE IT! We can’t stop using it! Everything from the simple set up to the easy start. Love love love it! Only downside is the price was a bite in the wallet. Maybe it will go down soon.

    So simple. I went to Best Buy, bought it and they brought it to my car. Easy set up. This makes the “good” ice. Small, easy to chew. Makes a lot and everyone loves it.

    Nugget ice is the best - and then gives it to you throughout the day on your schedule. Recycles melted and unused ice and re-makes it for you throughout the day.

    This is an awesome machine. It is the only nugget ice machine,for home use, out there that I know of. It can make up to a gallon of ice and it does. Thank you Best Buy!!!

    It does what it says…I wish it would keep ice cold but doesn’t. The ice will melt and keep the ice reservoir full…kind of a back up system or way for machine to recycle the water to keep making ice…. so I scoop top 2 layers of ice only that seems dryer…. Put in zip lox bags and store in freezer…then I don’t use it until I need to make more.
