I have purchased 3 of them in the last 4 years. About 14 months is all you are going to get out of it (just outside of the warranty). I clean it with vinegar once a month and use nothing but bottled water in it but it still doesn’t last longer than 14 months. Sadly, I am going to try a different brand on the next purchase.

It makes nugget ice, and that’s never the wrong option. It’s quiet, compact, and the ice stays frozen for quite a long time. Definitely worth every penny.

Not only did this ice maker stop working after 2 months, but it makes an incredibly loud noise and ice is soft not hard so it doesn't last long in your yeti cup. Also, when you open the bin to get ice out it leaks water from under the bin and makes a mess! The "drip" tray that comes with the machine does not help this problem. Do not waste your money on this hyped up "influencer" product. It is total garbage. Want to connect to the wifi app? Good luck, doesn't work at all.
