No Brainer Purchase

I have looked at possible fixes and they all say it needs to be cleaned but that does not make sense when it is brand new. I followed all the instructions on what you are supposed to do before using it. Paying almost $600 for this I expect it not to make this crazy noise. This will be going back. Very disappointed and I have some very sad kids that LOVE this ice.
