Nugget Ice just like Chick-Fila

Posted .We're glad to hear that you're enjoying the nugget ice from your Opal ice maker. For help with the side tank issue, there may be bubbles in the tube connecting the side tank to the Opal if the tube is not lying flat. Try adjusting the tube to allow the water to flow. Once water starts flowing it typically will not need further adjusting.

The only issue is the leak that happens when you pull out the ice bucket each time you get ice. I guess that’s why the drip pan is there but I still wish they designed the bucket so there’s no leak. Still good.

I have ice 24/7 and with summer coming it will be perfect. The service @ Bestbuy.com described it perfectly. It only took about 3 days to receive it. It can seem a little noisy when it is actually making the ice, but I am already use to it. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have ice on hand at all times.

Wish you could change the size or style of ice cube would make it the ultimate ice maker. I think it’s great for home use.

I checked yes - but it all depends on what they were trying to accomplish!
