The option to connect via WiFi is difficult from what have I have experienced. This machine ONLY makes nugget ice despite the information on the web page. In love it so far.

Mine started getting an oily sludge in it and GE did nothing to help after sending them the photos and sounds coming from the machine. I cleaned it every week or more with their cleaner, vinegar and bleach and nothing worked. They refused to fix it or send me a new one. Didn’t want to make my family sick with what was getting into the ice.

Think it had compressor problem. This is the 2nd nugget ice maker i have tried. The first one (different brand) lasted 3 months. So i have gave up on them.

They are just like the Sonic ice, but it is a bit large and occasionally makes loud noises. Still worth it though.

But now that I have it in my home and have used it daily for the last 4 weeks I love it!!!

The 2nd one I ordered came in perfect condition. Ge really needs to step their game up on the packaging of such an expensive item. Overall very satisfied

The side reservoir is necessary otherwise it goes through water very quickly. Haven’t had a single problem with the machine.
