We bought this because our refrigerator ice machine went out and had been buying bags of ice. This is a game changer! We love this pellet ice and it works great. We haven’t had to buy anymore bags of ice since getting this and it is always replenishing the ice. You do have to fill the reservoir with water, but that is no big deal.

I may have spent a good amount of money on this I’ve maker but it’s cheaper than going to sonic and purchasing ice from them. Myself and my family absolutely love this ice maker and would definitely recommend!!!!

Love the ice this makes, but it is very loud. I put a sound meter on the counter beside it and it measured at 73 dB. It is loud to the point that it makes having a conversation in the kitchen difficult.

I’ve tried less expensive nugget makers but you get what you pay for. Profile 2.0 is much quieter better built better softer chewable ice than the rest. Don’t waste your money on other models

I got this for my wife for Christmas and this ice maker is used all the time now. When we have company over everyone loves having the “boujee” ice.

Great ice maker, this is our second. The first worked/still works and I gave it to our daughter after buying the black one.

We haven’t had it a month yet but so far we love it. The price seems excessive, which is why I gave it 4 stars. I bought it as a Christmas/birthday gift.

Our ice machine for our fridge broke and we debated if we should get a new one or spend the money on thr machine. We are believers and love this thing. Makea great ice and really works efficiently. Highly recommend

Good product overall. Only gripe is it is pretty loud when making ice. But there are ways to avoid by only running at certain times and/or storing some of the ice in your freezer.

We absolutely love this ice maker, the ice pellets are the perfect size for all of our beverages. We are a family of 7 and the machine easily keeps up with our ice needs. Highly recommend and well worth the money!

Have one of these, liked it so much that I bought one for my son and his family. Efficient and easy to use. Great chewable ice cubes.

Makes ice pretty fast. Its nice that I can stock pile it in the freezer to use for ice chests later as well. The only downside I see to this is the ice is still wet when it comes out of the machine. We have to put it in the freezer to get it ice cold.

With so many choices and so many bad teviewd of other ice makers, i was concerned. I have to say it is as advertised. Makes ice quickly, and its the crunchy ice for ice chewers. Id recommend this for aure.

Purchased this for my daughter & her family for Christmas. They absolutely love the nugget sized ice cubes that are made in this machine. Thus far, it is great! Would have given it 5 stars except for the ridiculous price.

Absolutely love this machine! The ice is soft and crunchy, and it came at the perfect time with this heat wave! Live without it!

If you want that sonic/chick fil A ice this is a must. So addicted to this that since getting it we only use this and stopped using our regular cubes. A definite purchase that is worth it.. but make sure to get the BB extended plan in case this investment goes down. Highly enjoy the nugget ice!!

Loved the ice maker for a few months then it started making an unbearable noise. I had to return it. Thankful it was under warranty.

Love this icemaker. It makes the good ice. It makes it fast and i love it.

Makes awesome ice. Wish it had a water line hook up but its great if you dont mind filling the water container. The change filter notification showed after a week but i put filtered water in it from my fridge so i think it might be a flaw.
