Best ice maker ever, the hole family loves the small nuggets

Quite a lot to spend on an ice machine, but that being said very solid item. cons: -A bit bigger than expected. -runs everytime you open it to get ice -not loud but does make noticeable noise -app connectivity doesn't really exist

If you like pellet ice, this is the way to go. While the price tag is a little flinchy, if you look at commercial versions of pellet ice makers, this one is a bargain. Its been running for several weeks now and it has been running like a champ.

Thank you Sonic for all of the ice in the past that we used to buy by the bag. We have not been back to Sonic since we bought this ice maker. The ice is perfect and even though everyone loves the ice (this ice maker keeps up with our demand)

Nugget ice is the way to go… I think it makes my drinks taste better!

Great Icemaker. Very fast and great ice. Wish it had a freezer to keep ice frozen. Clings with other ice when removed for storage to freezer. So ice pick is needed when taken from your freezer.

I LOVE, LOVE this icemaker!! I have it in a butler’s pantry next to my kitchen so I do not notice noise, but the ice it makes is fantastic (soft and chewable, think Chick Filet ice). We are a family of 3 so more than enough for us. So very happy with this purchase. Expensive but worth it in my opinion

Loving this. We call it Sonic Ice. WIFI setup is clunky and slow but works fine. Mostly you set it and forget it so not a real issue. The upgraded filter we bought makes it so it doesn't circulate ice from the side tank, and the ice bucket leaks a lot. Otherwise great.

Great ice maker. I drink way more water now and enjoy the crunchy texture of the ice. Only complaint is a design flaw; when you open the drawer that contains the ice, condensation that builds on the bottom of the drawer falls onto the drip pan (which is probably why they provide one).

Amazing! Makes fast and soft nugget ice! Only negative is that it does not have a hose refill feature. Gets annoying to have to refill the water dispenser all the time.

Literally makes the best ice makes it super fast and makes a decent quantity! I like to brag how I have sonic ice on demand!

overall the system is great for what it was meant for but it could use some fine tuning in the wtaer supply system and cleaning part.

Absolutely love it! Only hiccup was at initial start getting the air out of the pump. Beyond that, it has been great! We used it to prep ice for a party so maybe 25lbs or so with zero issues.

Great Ice Maker! Pros: Makes ice really quickly and it feels like is never empty! Instructions were easy to follow and quick to assemble! Cons: I'm digging here! Maybe that the water tank will need to be filled as frequently as you consume the ice! (I Figure this would be expected)

Love the sonic ice but the thing I don't like is the cleaning process. Too time consuming

This product has worked well for me for the past 6 years would recommend getting the warranty. Best buy always treats the customers right I will only buy products from them!!
