I love the ice…just the right amount of crunch to it. Makes ice very quickly and stays frozen. Glad i talked myself into purchasing.

Best Buy is awesome and is always my go to for any appliance or electronic needs. I went to the store in downtown Washington, D.C. for a pick-up order. The service was amazing, and the gentleman who helped me get the times into my vehicle was so kind and gracious, and did everything with a smile! I will ALWAYS go to Best Buy no matter where I am in the country. They are reliable. Dependable. And the quality is the best I have found.

We had one of the very first machines made (#53) from indie gogo. Needed to replace it and this one is much quieter than the original which is really nice. Makes ice the same but I do have to say that the water tank does seem smaller. Still a great machine.

Honestly. The ice is great but it randomly and regularly squeals like a banshee. Called GE support this morning and they told me to talk to Best Buy about their product. Needless to say I was shocked and will be calling Best Buy Monday probably just to be told to call GE about their product. …

I love my new ice maker. Works great in or outside. Use my phone to control it.

I love the ice that this makes but the bluetooth option does not work and it is not practical to keep it running constantly so sometimes in the morning if I don't get up early enough I wont get to make a cup before work. I have tried everything I can to get the bluetooth to work but it wont connect to the app at all. Also when you pull out the drawer water drips down everywhere so plan to wipe it up after every use. If i did't like the ice so much I would have returned it but this is the least expensive option I could find for nugget ice.

Have this product for over 2 weeks. It has been working great. A few small snags in the beginning but tech support helped out quickly and very helpful. Love the Wifi and able to schedule ice to produce before we wake up for the kids school drinks.

Let me say, the ice is AMAZING! The first ice maker delivered, froze up completely and needed to be replaced. The second one’s auto defrost works but not until after it sounds like the gears inside are completely going to break. We don’t have this next to a wall. It gets plenty of breathing room. Having said that, i try to really deep clean it every two weeks and WE DO LOVE THE ICE!!! I have drank more water after buying this thing than i have my entire life. Love it.

Expensive, but worth every penny. This machine has saved my summer, and has made me a hero amongst my family. Restaurant quality ice at home.

Awesome machine. If you like good ice to chew on it makes perfect ice for that. We use bottled water in it and have had no issues with it.

This thing was quite expensive. But I have to say it makes some of the best ice around. With the added features of the app and wifi control, I have it set in a time schedule and we always have ice when we need it.

We upgraded to this icemaker when our other nugget icemaker went out. This icemaker keeps up with our 6 person family and makes the best ice.

Have only had it for a week, it's great so far. We pour snow cone syrup over a glass of this ice for a cold treat. I will update this if things change.

I’ve only had this ice maker about a month, but I really like it. The ice is even better than Sonic’s and it’s WiFi.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This item was delivered to me looking like this… it was supposed to be open box excellent condition. First of all the box was not even fully closed, the ice maker was not wrapped or protected in any way. When I took the product out I noticed the water tank had water droplets in it and was cracked! Called customer service and after 30 minutes on one call and 10 on another all that was solved is I can bring it in to return it or exchange it… this should never have been sent to me like this. And the fact that I can’t talk to anyone at the store to confirm this item so in fact there so I don’t. Waste more time is absurd.

I am amazed by the edible ice. I scoop ice from the machine at least five times a day, plus the rest of the family loves it as well. I was hesitant with regards to reliability, but I'm happy to report there's no issues so far after two months.

Quick ice maker, the only thing is we have to keep fill the water to keep the ice

Received this as a gift from my wife. Great ice machine if you like the type of ice it makes. We have had it for just over a month and I have had no issues.
