Amazing product. Would only be better with an automatic dispenser for hygiene reasons, but cleaning system is great - provided the price doesn’t run you off

This ice machine is incredible, their nothing like small pieces of crushed ice. Ice made in 20 minutes or less My wife loves it.

This is the Perfect ice maker. Better than crushed ice! Who knew ICE could make such a big difference..and this one truly does.

Loved my ice maker till it died just 2 days ago. Thankfully I purchased a warranty. But it was used all day everyday so it definitely got used alot

For what this thing costs, I am super disappointed. Biggest complaint is the noise. For the most part, the noise isn't bad. But occasionally as this thing cycles it sounds like it is someone dragging their fingernails across a chalk board......only much louder. I thought maybe the unit was defective. I exchanged it for the same model. Nope.... the second one does the same thing. It doesn't do it all of the time, but at least 3-4 times a day for several minutes at a time. Thought the Remote app would be nice, as you can set a timer when it runs. Problem is that since it is constantly recycling ice, you end up leaving it run 24-7 to make sure you have ice when you want it. So kind of a useless feature. Like the nugget ice, but there has to be better options out there. So far Best Buy has treated me right as far as returns and service.

I got this for my husband for Christmas. We have been wanting it for awhile so I got it for him and he has spent two days making ice to stock the freezer. The machine itself is quite and has done a great job. Everyone loves the ice.

This s a great ice maker. It started making ice within about 8 to 10 minutes, filled the bin on a couple of hours. Not noisy as I had read in some reviews. Very happy with it so far, and my wife loves the ice.

Good while it works. The machine developed an unberable grinding and whining noise. I purchased a protection plan for it, but Best buy is refusing to service it even with 2 year protection plan because the protection plan is only good for 1 year... apparently.

I absolutely love it so far. It is very quiet and makes the best nugget ice.

I wish I had bought this years ago. Totally addicting! Most reviews say this model is noisy, but I don’t find it to be very loud at all. And what noise it makes is only for a short period when it is making ice.

Excellent product and makes crunchy root beer barrel ice without breaking g your teeth! My favorite ice and I will probably buy a second unit soon, one for work and one for home! :)
