I was a little skeptical with all the bad review but i seriously love this ice maker...Thank god we bought a pallet of distilled water. I probably put a gallon of water in it everyday.. it keeps up with my family of 4

Had this a year so far no issues and works great. We use it a lot so we go through the tank of water fast. Would be nice to have a direct water line option i could hook up so i dont have to fill thr tank so often.

My family loves this ice maker. One of the best purchases we have made. We have had zero issues with it.

The product is awesome and lasted about 2.5 years. It stopped making ice at 2.5 years. I bought the insurance (4 Years) and BB was nice enough to provide me a new one on the spot. The new unit however did not fill up the tank on its own after I followed the set up instructions. I had to take this heavy unit down back to BB. They then tell me that don't have any in stock and I need to wait 2 weeks. 2 weeks without an ice machine.

Purchased this ice maker for our trailer while camping. This ice maker is so quite and makes a great amount of ice in little time.

I still don't understand paying almost $500 for some ice but my family seems to love it so I'm happy.

Love it!! I love the crunchy chewy texture of this ice. The machine keeps it cold enough that there’s always fresh ice available. The external water supply makes it easy to refill

Had to return the first one I purchased due to something wrong inside the machine but the second unit worked great. Curb side pick up was great as well.

This ice maker is great. Best ice. I only use distilled water and it keeps the machine and ice so clean.

Second purchase of this little ice maker. The ice is perfect size just needs to last longer than a 16 months but I did take extended warranty and it was replaced

Really like how the ice is soft. Did have a problem with leaking under machine, but warranty replaced it easily

We love this ice machine! It was a bit expensive.. but we purchase ld a returned model and got a great deal.

Love the ice, but cleaning machine is a pain if you have hard water. I’d recommend using filtered or distilled water if possible.

I LOVE it! Makes ice quickly and I have also bagged it and put it in the freezer for a party. NOW, I couldn’t live without it! Seriously, it does every single thing it is supposed to do…and does it quickly!
