Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased 02 11 2024..$656.00..Last night 09 09 2024 machine began making noises like a cat in heat. It stopped after about 3 min..This am it started again. This am it didnt stop. We unplugged the unit but it continued to squeal..Finally stopped but now we are scared to leave it running while we are away..Think long and hard before you spend your money on this machine. Its not worth the money..

Works like advertised but wish it Stayed cold

The ice will melt and keep the ice reservoir full…kind of a back up system or way for machine to recycle the water to keep making ice…. so I scoop top 2 layers of ice only that seems dryer…. Put in zip lox bags and store in freezer…then I don’t use it until I need to make more.
