    We bought this machine because the reviews were pretty good…but after only 4 months of using this ice machine, it has broken down. Not sure if it’s a motor issue, but it makes loud noises and we need to turn it off and back on constantly.

    this is by far one of the best purchases i have made at bestbuy. i bought this for my wife. it had basically paid for itself within a month. after over a year it is still working as if it were new. i highly recommend this for those who crave the sonic ice because this will save you on those repeated trips there.
