    I've been buying cheap ice makers for a couple years now, but they seem to get dirty and start breaking within six months. I finally bit the bullet to get this one. I am in love! It's sleek, beautiful and so quiet. I strongly recommend it.

    I am absolutely in love with this ice maker. I can have tne chewable, "good ice" any time I feel the urge. Machine is quiet enough that it does not bother me while I'm watching television. My husband purchase this for me as a birthday gift and i couldn't be happier. I love to ice and this machine helps with my cravings.

    I love the nugget ice but I am now on my second machine and they both have made this horrible squealing noise when it is dropping ice. I have looked at possible fixes and they all say it needs to be cleaned but that does not make sense when it is brand new. I followed all the instructions on what you are supposed to do before using it. Paying almost $600 for this I expect it not to make this crazy noise. This will be going back. Very disappointed and I have some very sad kids that LOVE this ice.
