The ice is not great for actual cocktails. The ice is small and easy on the teeth but annoying unless you use a cover on your drink. The unit is obnoxiously loud and has started to make a squealing noise after 11 months. Don’t waste your money.

Terrible Geek Squad Warranty Policy

The total cost to replace the machine was an additional $90 because the price for the same machine increased by $65 and the four year warranty increased by $25.

Kids love the ice but Melts quickly

When working the ice is great, soft chewable very much like "sonic" ice. That is until the machine stop working and won't do much.. If you are going to get one get the warranty you will need it. Also get a de-scaler and clean regular and pay attention to the air flow unless you want a large paper weight on your kitchen counter.

RUN or get insurance on it from BestBuy
