Great machine! We had another nugget ice make for about 6 months, it broke twice. This one is very well built, quiet. The ice bin stays full, easy to use, connects to your phone. Wry happy with it!!!

Love this icemaker. Easy to set up. Made ice quickly. Love the side water container. Worth every penny.

After moving to NYC from Atlanta, my wife bemoaned for years the lack of « the good ice » at establishments near us. So loud were these calls, I proceeded to investigate what exactly said « good ice » was. If you enjoy the crunchy, mouth pleasing, drink dispersing ice found commonly at Cane’s or CFA, run, don’t walk, to your closest Best Buy for this. Fantastic at full retail, a crime to miss at any discount

My wife uses the ice this makes all day long and it makes great ice but … as others have commented, the squealing noise as the ice is formed(?) is enough to drive you nuts. We moved it from the kitchen, to the laundry room off the kitchen in our one level home to avoid hearing it all day long. Don’t plan on leaving this on a kitchen counter. We clean it every week, which quiets it down for a day or two

As much as we love the ice and capacity of this ice maker, with how much we have spent on this thing, we have had to replace it 6x in the past 4 years we have had it. I don’t recommend it. We have it had twice start leaking water profusely from underneath, three times now start making the most horrendous noises that can be heard throughout our entire house and once just quit working. Each time we were able to just have it replaced. Now we are told that was just a “courtesy” and they were wrong for doing that and it should have been sent out for repair each of those times. This time they have to send it out for repair and that will take weeks. It is October and we have only had this one since March. We initially bought our original one for $699 before tax. Absolute rip off with how many times we have had this thing replaced. With how much money we spent on this ice maker and it being under warranty, I can’t go with not replacing it but to say we are disappointed is putting it nicely. I do not recommend this to anyone. The longest one we had was just over a year. I would like to add we also have family members that have also bought one and have had to replace theirs in less than a year as well.

Best ice maker! I bought the first one a few years back and decided to buy a second for our vacations home. The first one is still running like new.

Great add to our kitchen, great size, only downside is it need to clean it once a week

Excellent machine and definitely a step up from the mini $100 counter top ice maker but not as expensive as an under the counter ice maker. Easy set up. Key is storage bin hold about 3lbs of ice. That’s a lot of rum runners

My whole family enjoys the nugget ice maker. Easy enough for the kids to get it started. Definitely has been part of a couple of get togethers.

The best ice!! Makes the best soft nugget ice. It sits on our counter doesn’t take too much space and makes ice quickly. Like having the side tank so it doesn’t need to refill often

This is by far the best purchase we have made during the pandemic of 2020-2021!!! Continuous supply of nugget ice, compact size! Legit is the size of a microwave! Buy it, you will not be disappointed!!

This machine is great! It isnt loud at all. I run the cleaning cycle on it weekly and only used distilled water, so I have zero problems. I set up an icemaking schedule using the phone app, which is super convenient. I can also turn the machine on or off from across town using that same app. Which is good because it takes the machine a little while to get the ice going. So you have to plan ahead. Overall, great purchase that my family gets a lot of use out of. If you take care of this machine I feel like it will last a long time and give quality ice for years.

Machine is a little bit loud, and continuously runs, but other than that, produces good ice. Takes about 2 hours for full ice production

Ice is awesome, and makes it really fast. The quality is just like restaurants. It keeps up with high demand and fits perfectly on your cabinet. Have had a lot of friends say I want one of these…

Honestly, its grown on me. I was supprised how smalla dn wondered if it could keep up with the ampunt of ice we use. I hardly ever see it empty even when we have friends and family over. Its been great!

Yes, thing is bougie as hell, expensive as hell, but worth every penny I love it, and people talk about it every time they come over
