Best Ice Machine! This is the 2nd one I bought. My first one lasted 4 years and I never turned it off!! I know people review the "noise" but I have not had this issue. Ice produces fast too. Keep up with the cleaning cycles!

I have had this ice maker for a few weeks and it performs great. My family loves the pellet ice. It makes a little noise but considering the quality of the ice it is worth it.

Very pleased with this purchase! Nice chewy ice. I like that is programable so it doesn't run all the time. The side tank is a must have.

Have had it for about 30 days and it has worked great so far. My wife absolutely loves it. I would say that the capacity of the ice bin is a little bit on the small side, but my wife’s ice demands usually outpaces the ice maker built into our refrigerator (the reason I bought this one) - now she uses this one only and it hasn’t gone empty yet. So the output is greater than my built-in.

This is the right model. It makes a lot of really good ice very quickly. Just a two scoops is enough for a cup of water, but when it's full there's a dozen scoops easy. The side water tank attachment is a necessity, as it can be very difficult to fill the in-unit water tank, requiring removing the ice tank and an awkward angle for most pitchers.

I love this ice machine! Is so easy to use and the ice pellets are right size to munch on!

Obsessed! This thing has saved my husband LOTS of money when it comes to buying ice!! We travel for work and I take this ice machine everywhere we go, I refuse to leave without it.

I have waited years to have an ice maker in my home. Bought many bags of ice from Sonic over the years. I am so happy that I bit the bullet and purchased this item, it works well and is so close to the ice I purchased at Sonic that I don't miss it at all. Love not having to hook up a water supply. Wish I had done this years ago.

At first really liked it. After about two weeks it began to make an awful noise like a grinding and high pitched noise. when it makes this noise it doesn’t make ice. Have cleaned it when app tells me it needs to be cleaned. It doesn’t make this noise all the time so it still makes ice, which I love. Would like to give 5 stars if wasn’t for noise and lack of ice when noise occurs.

This machine works perfectly! Make sure you read the instructions and clean it well. Can be a little noisy but makes ice fast and keeps up with the demands of entertaining.

This machine is very noisy. So far, I'm happy with the ice, but there are always drops of water around.

This was good for a while but it kept breaking. Loved the ice when it worked

Pros - It's the type of ice I have wanted at home but never knew how to describe. It's like the ice that I used to get with fountain drinks at the little league snack shack. It's the ice that made me always want a fridge with an ice machine that could do good crushed ice...but it was still never the same. This machine also makes ice quickly, and is not nearly as noisy as some of the other reviews would suggest. Cons - It's expensive. And it's a little tall for some under cabinet locations. That's really all the negative I can find.
