Awesome machine. Makes soft ice that is in high demand in our home. A little noisy when making ice but definitely recommend to anyone who loves soft ice.

This is by far the coolest and most useful gadget, that i’m enjoying at the moment! It’s the perfect setup in my home office, where i can enjoy beverages on ice while i’m hard at work. The ice does not disappoint…its soft, delicious and quite self-sufficient.

Loving the nugget ice so far. Easy to use. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when running, but not loud enough to really bother anyone. Would buy it again.

If your looking for that rare crunchy chewable ice look no further. This is for you. We have one for a family of 6 and this keeps up and is exactly what we needed. Great for bottles for aports. Work. Walks. Gym. You name it. Only thing is though … spend the little extra for the side reservoir as youll go through a lot of water and its a pain to refillif you dont have it

Great eating ice. Fit’s well under the upper cabinet. Spend the money and get the side tank. Works well with the phone app.

I purchased a GE Profile-Opal Portable Ice Machine for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She has been wanting one of these for a long time. Since this Christmas was one of the best ever since I nearly lost her in "2019" due to health problems, I wanted to surprise her with this!! I waited until Christmas day after the kids opened their presents and surprised her with it!! She totally loves it and that makes her mama happy as well !! Awesome customer service, it was out of stock at the store so they had it shipped to me! No problems so far !! Thank you Bestbuy !!!!

Issue on noise,will need purchase of water which was bought to hear less crackling noise. Other than that ice is Good!!

Ice maker makes great ice. And plenty of it. 1 gallon side tank is a big plus.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas and she has thanked me ever since. Fits on countertop, make plenty of ice, and best of all the ice is awesome.

About 1lb per hour, with WIFI set it and forget it and have ice whenever you need it. Melting ice recycles into the water tank to make new ice.

Very nice, but if you are bagging and freezing the ice you have to babysit it and shake and tap the bags to assure nuggets are not all stuck together. The ice make works fast and is a good ice to crunch on. I only wish the ice bin was chilled to keep the melting ice at the bottom from getting all watered down. If you are going to just keep it running full time and scoop right from it it is fine. It will self turn off if the ice reaches the top right corner and seems to stay frozen. We alway bag it so it last longer.

Great ice maker, this is our second. The first worked/still works and I gave it to our daughter after buying the black one.

Continuously and quickly makes perfect nugget ice chips every time. With the reservoir on the side it practically guarantees that you'll always have ice. Keeps up with my heavy demands for ice. Makensure you clean regularly and buy the correct cleaning agent for the nugget ice maker. It's a bit pricey but if you catch a sale, jump on it!

This has been an excellent purchase thus far. We use it two times a day for 6 out of 7 days for our household ice. Wife goes through ice like crazy. We make approximately 4 gallon size bags a day. It has saved so much time and effort thus far. Can only hope it holds up for our use. Able to preprogram and set on a timer. Great purchase. This is an expensive item, so far no regrets.

I love the small ice nuggets. The ice maker does take up a lot of counter space and can be a little loud but well worth it.

I loved my ice machine! That is until I started having problems with it. Water was coming out of my motor a little over the year. I’m contacting customer service to see if I can get a replacement or they can fix it. It’s not fair it lasts a little time compared to other cheaper ones.
