Easy to use great for your ice lovers compact and not to bulky

Used ofr the first time this past weekend. Pro's : makes ice quickly and with good consistency, just like getting "Sonic" ice, inexpensive compared to a full-size machine... and the unit has solid construction (not lightweight) Con's : took a few minutes to set-up and run through the initial cleaning, ice storage bin is very small, and the water reservoir needs to be refilled frequently

This ice machine is amazing! Easy to clean, easy to assemble, and easy to use. I have only used filtered water to fill it with but it does not have a bad/chemical taste. It has never ran completely out on my family of four. I love it so much i bought my mom one for Christmas!

Pros: Makes ice fast and the ice pieces are a perfect size! Like Sonic ice. Aesthetically, the unit looks great. Cons: When it needs to add water, you have to remove the side tank, flip it, unscrew the cap, fill it, screw the cap back on, flip it back over and then (and here is where the problem arises) you have to lift the entire thing above the unit being careful that the little clear hose doesn't come out (which every time I do this, it comes out because it isn't tight enough and then water goes everywhere. This is the only way to get the air bubbles out of the system allowing it to fill and start making ice again. This is a really bad design. I have a Keurig pot next to my ice machine and it also has a side tank. You fill it from the top therefore never needing to lift it to allow it to start using the water. I don't know why the designers of this ice machine didn't think that having an opening at the top would be much better. I will be seeking a different ice maker that isn't so cumbersome.

I’ve been through many ice makers. This is the ultimate for ice cube snobs. The pellet ice is amazing. It keeps it frozen til the next day. I recommend using the distilled water for best taste. I couldn’t be happier with this machine. Might be pricey but you get what you pay for.

Great machine. Quickly makes a full hopper and the side tank is a must.

It’s great when it works, but it’s a pain to keep running. I’d say you should expect it to last about 2 years. The machine often has problems restarting after it’s been cleaned. I recommended it with these caveats. Pro tip: use only distilled water to keep scale from building which might extend its life.

Makes the perfect soft nugget ice, best with Sparkling water. Easy to clean, app is great and easy to use!

I have tried multiple similar products and have encountered issues with all of them. The GE... While a higher price point... Is well worth it. It is quieter, more efficient, and makes ice that is the perfect pellet size. No more stopping by the convenience store or Sonic for ice!

How I regret not buying this sooner. this makes the BEST ice and so quickly. A little louder than my old one but that one sucked.

Everyone loves this ice. Easy set up. Little loud when running to make the ice. But not to bad. Overall pleased.

I thought it was going to be "meh". It was expensive, and it just makes ice. I thought, "So, there are cheaper ice makers; there are smaller ones; there are ones that make round ice. Why would I spend so much money? The Wifi? No. That's dumb." Well, I WAS WRONG. I plugged it in and WIZ. BANG. ZOOP. The ice was flying out. Left. Right. Up. Straight into the glass. It was like the chronglestomp fairy just had a bunch of ice babies that were round and crunchy. FOR THE PEOPLE. GET THE ICE.

It is a little noisy, but my family has never enjoyed ice more?!?! It is not the cheapest but worth the money I believe!

Easy set up, makes ice pretty fast. Have not used for a large gathering yet but seems to make a try of ice pretty fast.

Its a great buy! I love the ice! Its very simple to operate and assemble.

We have been eyeing this product for a while but held off because of the hefty price tag. We recently bit the bullet and I am so glad we did. It makes ice super quickly and, although the product isn’t a freezer in itself, the ice keeps for a while. If you like nugget ice, this is a must-have.
