I have to be honest, after buying this I didn’t expect for it to make Ice so fast. I literally had to get bags to start bagging it up! Well worth the money if you’re a ice lover....I’ve even mad Margarita ice bites to place into mixed Drinks lol. Don’t forget to get the extended warranty, a great 4 years investment. I wouldn’t rethink buying again. P S....... it did take a while to start making ice, I even thought it wasn’t working. But soon after it was.... & everytime I turn it on, it takes less than 10mins to start.

So far it is great, makes gr4eat ice and quickly. I do not have any noise issues, it isnt super quite but not noisy either.

This is the BEST decision I have ever made!!! I have been wanting this for a couple of years and kept watching it and deciding if it is worth the price tag, Well let me answer that for you YES!!! It works great, quite and the ice well come on it is the best ice on earth!!! I also have owned it for a couple months now so that I could give an honest review... It is worth every dollar spent...

Loved the ice maker for a few months then it started making an unbearable noise. I had to return it. Thankful it was under warranty.

I looked at several different ones and this one is worth the price. It paid off so quickly in return. Still surprises me how much ice this makes per full reservoir.

Great ice maker! The only down side is that it can be noisy at times

We love the ice maker. If I had known it existed a year earlier I would have bought it. Best Buy had it for about $75 higher than the competition with two day delivery, but we got it same day on a whim. The design has some opportunities. For this uber-high-class (and price point) appliance I appreciated where the design and documentation were above average. Two key elements are failing: 1. There is no sound proofing on the device. I have a sound proof dishwasher right underneath it (the best Samsung dishwasher made) - I cannot hear the dishwasher from more than 5 feet away. I can hear this device anywhere in the house (3000 sq ft). It's not obnoxiously loud, but certainly appliance makers know how to make appliances nearly silent. Make it bigger in each dimensions and add some insulation. 2. The side tank tube should be routable underneath the device instead of behind. I am so happy I could put the tank on either side (mine is on the left, opposite of the photo) but it looks really out of place. Some plastic cuts on the bottom could make a path for it. I might do it myself after the warranty.

This machine makes the best ice and works so smoothly. A few reviews said it was loud but it is not that loud.

Awesome ice maker. I purchased this for the chewy ice that you get at some restaurants and it does not disappoint in both quality and volume. Great capacity for it's size and looks very nice to boot!

Great! Works awesome, great product, easy to use, the side water container is a must have.

We love the ice that it makes. But its very loud and the tank on side does not empty in botto. Tank on its own. We have to fill water all the time and it is not what we really wanted to do.

I have waited for a long time to have one of these! It was worth the wait. So easy to operate and makes great sonic- like ice.

The ice is great, but unfortunately just after 1 year of owning, mine has stopped working. Loud squealing noises, no ice production. I would except better longevity out of a 600$ ice maker.

It’s a bit loud but makes awesome ice fast. Was reluctant to buy a $500 ice maker. Worth every penny.

Talk about WOW! Its like having a sonic and zaxbys ice machine at home. Simple to set up and use, bit pricey but well worth it

This machine is awesome! When you’re wanting that “good ice”, this will surely deliver. We are an active household of 4, and even with multiple trips daily to the ice bin, I don’t recall ever seeing it empty. It was a bit on the pricey side, and BB was able to do a price match a few days after I purchased it when they lowered the price, but still worth the spend.

Works great! Heavier and louder than expected, but overall it’s an excellent piece

Great Ice Maker, have had a year now and it is now making slushy ice, the website says to clean, which I do regularly but it still is making shaved ice instead of the nuggets. Hoping to rectify this issue sooner than later, over all I love this machine, makes the best ice when it is not making shaved ice.

It was very easy to set up and I love the ice it makes . Really recommend it
