The ice produced is wonderful! It takes a little getting accustomed to connecting the tubes and filling with water without causing water to get onto the countertop. This is really an “operator issue” and not the ice maker. The ice produces fairly quickly and can be stored in freezer bags for later use if larger quantities are needed. We are really enjoying this premium ice maker.

Was good while it lasted. We loved having the nugget ice and the machine kept up with our needs until...it started making a horrible noise. It has been cleaned like the manual states to clean and we lost faith in keeping it plugged in when we are not home. It will be going back to Best Buy. Machine is less than two months old. I used filtered water with the optional filters. The search continues for another machine.

OMG love love this ice machine. We use it several times a day. I am so happy that we finally splurged and did it for us. If you have room in your kitchen it is so convenient. I would even build a small stand for it if i needed to. Thats how much I love it.

This has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! I love Sonic Ice but hate having to buy the bags they sell because half the ice always gets ruined due to melting. I am an ice cruncher and this ice is so soft and crunchy that it is perfect for me! It makes ice very quickly and continues to make ice all day. I honestly don’t know why I didn’t buy this sooner!

It’s worth it. It’s the best on the market and makes the most amount of ice. Having the ice in miniature cubes makes the water or any beverage just taste better. I shut my fridge ice/water off, best choice anyone can make.

I love this ice maker because it’s stylish and looks nice under the cabinets. It’s a great addition if you do use as much ice as I do. I do own one of this already in another house for about 4yrs and been working like a champ. However, I bought a new one for my new home and I had to return it TWICE within a month. First one started to have a strange and annoying noise like quirking while defrosting. (Returned). 2nd one start having a massive leak within 4 days. ( Returned) 3rd one is working well so far.

If you're looking for an maker that does Sonic/Wawa type small nugget ice, this is the one! It makes ice really quickly and even when powered off it will keep the ice in the maker cold at least overnight. I was skeptical about spending this type of money for an ice maker, but it has been the best purchase I have made in a long time. Absolutely reccomend it.

Love this ice machine and use it every day the ice is perect bite size and great on every drink. Works as you would expect and have had no issue the only thing is the cleaning but you get used to it.

Its perfect! Great Ice! did a lot of research best deal and price for your money had it since September 2020 not one problem i did had to add a water filter because regular water clogged up the machine. Now the ice is clearer and tastes much better. Can’t survive without it especially in the summer. Thanks GE!

Love it! Wife loves it! Great tasting ice. I prefer to use distilled water because I have hard water at home.

Presently, I am dealing with a high pitched squeal that drives me crazy. At other times, it makes a extremely loud flatulent noise that had me yelling at my kid it was so gross. It was just so authentic sounding lol. It does this a lot. The ice itself is great, but this noise is just driving me crazy. Probably returning it within the next few days (when my return option expires).

I’ve only had this nightmare for 6 months and it’s already gone to waste. It leaks everywhere because of a faulty seal inside the machine but if I want it fixed i have to pay a couple hundred dollars. This ice machine already isn’t cheap I’m not going to pay more to have it fixed when it’s only been 6 months. Before the leak it makes a very loud squealing noise just not worth the money

It was cool till it started being annoying and loud asf when making ice. it made loud screeching noises and sometimes would not make ice and would act like it didn’t have no water smh. also using regular sink water would leave the machine minerallyish and so it was a pain to clean. so if i were to rebuy, try and use purified water and maybe it won’t act up. otherwise love the ice. buy the warranty- trust

Wife has wanted one of these for 2 years, but I couldn’t justify $609 for ice. However she finally wore me down. It’s a bit noise, but works great! Only thing I would like to see changed for future versions is a refrigerated bin.

Love the nugget ice. Works great, cleaning takes some time but is worth it to have fresh tasting ice.

I dont know what i would do without this. Its perfect ice for my drinks since its been over 100 degrees for three weeks. Its easy to use and love that i can set a schedule to have ice freshly made when I get home.
