Been looking for a ice maker like this for a good bit and i was not dissapointed. Soft ice like pellets easy to eat (Like the ones you get at the ER) really good if you plan on making anything with ice in a blender it comes out like an slushy without any chunks. Note i did not use the WIFI so this review is without use of that.

First off this thing makes perfect pellet ice. I was a little worried that It wouldn't produce enough ice but it's been able to keep up with our daily ice needs. Also, I'm super happy cause I just saved myself $4,000.00 by not having to buy my wife a undercounted Scotsman pellet ice maker. However, this thing is very loud! Luckily I had a spot for it in my bar so it's tucked away from the main part of our house. If you plan on putting this in your kitchen THINK TWICE before buying this. MINUS 1 star for noise.

We purchased this machine August 5, 2023. We had to replace it in January 2024 under warranty for the horrific screeching noise. Now, August 28, 2024, it has gone out again with a different issue. Because it is out of warranty, it’s not replaceable. We used distilled water only, as well. Absolutely not worth the money. There are posts all over the internet about this. It’s great until it’s not. And it is a product that just does not last.

This ice machine makes the most delicious ice cubes. It took a little tike to hook up to WiFi but I can now turn it on with my phone. Makes a great addition if your fridge ice machine is small and you have friends over for drinks. We put this is our bonus room for guests when we watch sporting events/movies.

Had this ice maker for about 2 years now. Still works great. Everyone loves the pellet ice. It makes ice fairly quick. Just be sure to descale every once in a while and it’ll keep on going.

Since my refrigerator with the ice maker has passed the point of no repair, the main refrig doesn’t make enough ice for the family. Never enough ice in my house, This one works great and have ice when I need it. It’ll eventually sit on my bar in my man cave after I replace the main refrigerator. I’d buy it again

Best little ice machine EVER! Don’t let the price scare you. Even though it is pricey, it is well worth it! This thing makes ALOT of ice. Nice tiny nugget size ice. The kind you get a QT. It has a refillable water tank or you can connect the hose to your water line. So, what are you waiting for? Go get one!

Amazing! Makes fast and soft nugget ice! Only negative is that it does not have a hose refill feature. Gets annoying to have to refill the water dispenser all the time.

Love this ice machine! Easy to set up, easy to use, and I love the little ice cubes! Wish it wouldn't recycle so often but it isn't too big of a deal.

Great Ice maker!! Keeps up with the demand of a 4 person family and then some. Ice is soft and crunchy. Great purchase.

This nugget ice maker is fantastic! It took a couple of days to get in the groove, but it makes great ice, lots of it, and is very quiet. I had a few questions about the instructions, and the company was very responsive to me to get them answered. I would recommend this machine to anyone!

We love having pellet ice at home anytime we want it. Down side is the water quality in your area will dictate how much you need to flush it

The ice maker in our fridge went kaput. Instead of repairing that, we took this opportunity to invest in this nugget ice maker. It's fantastic. The ice is perfectly chewable and works great in water, iced coffee, and any other iced drink. This is definitely "the good ice".

To say i am not happy is an understatement. A $600 appliance that only makes ice for 1 person (1 to 2 glasses a day) does not last more than 2 years is beyond frustrating. I should have done more research, as everyone is stating they the unit stops working after 2 years. I love the ice, the reliability is a different story. Definately would not purchase again.

This is the loudest kitchen appliance you will ever have. If wherever you are putting this in your house is close to your bed, don not buy it. It makes a loud circulating humming noise constantly and then you can hear the ice drop into the bin periodically. It will keep you awake at night. We purchased sound proofing, similar to what they use in music studios, to go in the area where we have our machine. It helps, but still really loud. We do like the ice it provides, but with the high price and the noise, we don't think it is worth it.
