It's good. Makes ice, like it says it does. Pricey so the average person is not going to pick this bad boy up. But i do love the ice.

Ok So I returned this item. It was bough as a gift. The ice was good and it does last a while compared to traditional ice but the amount of money for the ice maker which doesn't even keep the ice cold cannot do it. Gave it 5 stars cause it works as intended just not for me.

Perfect nugget ice! We like the versatility of being able to unplug it if we don't need to use it long periods of time.

Highly recommend! Easy set up, ice is amazing! Easy to use, some commented that it makes a loud noise when making but I don’t think the noise is bothersome and it only runs when it needs to make ice and then it goes silent again!

We use this instead of the ice maker on our fridge. We love the crunchiness of the ice! The machine is working well and the noise level isn’t too loud when making ice. It was an expensive machine but hoping it lasts a long time.

Best decision I’ve ever made buying this machine. Well worth the money. Super quiet, except when the ice does drop but it doesn’t even make that much noise. Super easy to use and I love being able to use the app!

The ice maker was easy to assemble and the additional reservoir allows for a full bin office to be produced in about 3 hours. If you don’t use the ice, it’s stays in the bin until you are ready and doesn’t melt terribly fast.

The ice is amazing! Finally, my son never runs out of ice and it looks great. He is constantly getting compliments on this ice maker.

I love this ice machine! its expensive but totally worth it! I live with 5 family members and we go through ALOT of ice. There is always enough ice to go around! Makes ice really fast too!

Love this little ice maker. It makes perfect nugget ice cubes. We have used it nonstop since we purchased it and have had zero issues. I will update review if anything changes. We have had several friends over and all have said they are going to get one also.

I didnt want to spend the money on a ice maker but so glad i did love the pellet ice makes alot like that it had a filter much cleaner than the cheaper models

This is an expensive ice maker but worth every penny. Looked at this unit for 2 years.. Pulled the trigger and could not be happier... Everyone loves this ice maker and the side tank makes it even better...

If you love "good" ice, this is the machine for you. I love the app where you can program the on/off cycles from your phone. It does make a bit of noise so take that into account. It is a good looking machine that will compliment your kitchen.

I own a salon and my clients love having this ice as an added bonus to their drinks while waiting for their color to process!

Love the ice however the machine seems to be getting louder and louder after just 4 months and I fear this expensive purchase will begin to fail soon.

It makes a lot of ice in a day. If a lot of people take it at once, then it can get low quickly, but it only takes about three hours to refill it completely. So it is a good solution if your family always runs out of ice. The ice quality is really good....soft and chewy!
