We have had it for three weeks and have had zero issues. Easily keeps up with our family of 7 (4 humans and 3 dogs). We have not noticed any strange flavors like mentioned in some of the reviews. It really is the good ice!

I really like how it continues to make ice if it is low, and will stop making it when the hopper is full. It seems to make it fast enough to keep 3 of use in ice all day.

Everyone who comes over wants to try and it’s amazing how it makes a new batch in 20 min! Buy the extra tank so you don’t have to refill as often.

Instead of making that drive to Sonic, we decided to have it whenever we wanted it. We love it. No connections are required. Just add water and wait a minute or so. Awesome design!

Pay attention to which hose to connect to the water tank. Great ice. One full hopper about every 45 min. Each hopper made 4-5 solo cups full of blended beverage.
