Received this as a gift from my wife. Great ice machine if you like the type of ice it makes. We have had it for just over a month and I have had no issues.

Ice is small and perfect. If you are familiar with Sonic ice, just like they. I hope it lasts longer than the last brand I purchased, Signa. Was junk. This one seems to be good so far.

We had one of the very first machines made (#53) from indie gogo. Needed to replace it and this one is much quieter than the original which is really nice. Makes ice the same but I do have to say that the water tank does seem smaller. Still a great machine.

Have this product for over 2 weeks. It has been working great. A few small snags in the beginning but tech support helped out quickly and very helpful. Love the Wifi and able to schedule ice to produce before we wake up for the kids school drinks.

Very good product, easy to setup and use. If you are single or a couple or maybe staying in dorms or a barracks this is a great product!

This ice maker is great. Best ice. I only use distilled water and it keeps the machine and ice so clean.

ordered black stainless, order arrived with silver stainless. best buy corrected the error and provided a replacement promptly. love this machine, provides the best ice.

I love the ice that this makes but the bluetooth option does not work and it is not practical to keep it running constantly so sometimes in the morning if I don't get up early enough I wont get to make a cup before work. I have tried everything I can to get the bluetooth to work but it wont connect to the app at all. Also when you pull out the drawer water drips down everywhere so plan to wipe it up after every use. If i did't like the ice so much I would have returned it but this is the least expensive option I could find for nugget ice.

There was ice before this machine existed, and now there is ICE. The chewable kind. The best ever. This machine makes it quick, efficiently, and quietly. Simply the best appliance in my house. Period.

I like it a lot but it’s kinda loud and even if I take one little scoop of ice out it runs for like thirty mins to refill that scoop

Amazing Ice Maker. I have bought many ice makers from Amazon and none have lasted and are really slow at making ice. This one is amazing. We love sonic ice and this makes ice just like sonic. Well worth the money.

I am amazed by the edible ice. I scoop ice from the machine at least five times a day, plus the rest of the family loves it as well. I was hesitant with regards to reliability, but I'm happy to report there's no issues so far after two months.

Love it. Works great. Nice to have on demand. Easy to refill water container.

Amazing product. Would only be better with an automatic dispenser for hygiene reasons, but cleaning system is great - provided the price doesn’t run you off

Great device, two gripes - noise (at times - otherwise, very reasonable and useless WiFi app (not sure why they put it in, can't do much with it).
