    This was a Christmas gift to our parents from my sister and I. My dad would go to sonic to buy the “good ice”, so he was the happiest about the gift. So far so good! They say it’s working fine.

    Loved the icemaker while it lasted which was about 7 months... It's still under warranty but the warranty service is absolutely the worst in the industry. I finally got the exchange submitted in August and I'm STILL waiting on a replacement as of 11-03-21
