A Nugget Ice Maker that works very well and is reliable.

I love my new Opal! She's a beauty and make the small pieces of ice fun! This was easy to set up, Best Buy delivered this the next day. It is pricey but so far the purchase was worth it.

Most excellent product!! Setup is easy, usage is easy, instructions out of the box were easy to follow. Filter information easy to establish and app setup was also very easy.

Best ice maker there is., Bought it for my wife because she enjoys chewing ice and it has become a family favorite. The cleaning process can be tedious but it is totally worth it. I would recommend cleaning weekly with water, vinegar, and bleach. Or you can purchase ice machine cleaner online.

Easy set up, easy clean, great ice! Very happy about this purchase. No more giant bags of ice clogging up the deep freezer space.

I have had this ice maker a little over 4 months, in the time I have had it, it repeatedly will say “Add Water” even though it is full. Every time I “clean” (sanitize) the ice maker this becomes an issue. It will also not pull water from the side tank after “cleaning”, like it doesn’t register that it is there. I have “primed the pump” every time and usually resort to having to turn it off for a day & then turn it back on, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. If I could return this and get my $$ back, I would at this point. Yes it makes awesome nugget ice when it works, but this issue is extremely aggravating and should not be happening to a +$500 machine after only having it for 4 months. I wish I had just stuck with the $100 nugget maker that you have to fill up more often.

Good product. Works as described. You do need to sanitize it about every other week. Which is kind of a pain. Otherwise works great!

My boys love ice in everything, this machine has been a life saver. It works non stop. I usually don't use ice, until we bought this machine. I love the nugget ice machine, I now out ice in my water.

I use this machine everyday, and just leave it plugged in. I thought at first that it was a want not a need. It turns out that now I can't see my home without it. It was a good and useful purchase for my home and family, The ice is addicting, good taste and chewable.
