I love how consistent the ice production is, and it keeps up great whether it’s for daily drinks or having guests over. Cleaning and refilling are simple, and it’s been very reliable. If you’re on the fence—get it. It’s a game changer and worth every penny. I’m obsessed!

    Great tasting ice, slick looking machine

    I upgraded to this machine from an inferior product. I wanted something that made that great tasting, hospital crunchy ice! And after some deliberation...we landed on this fine device. Easy to use (love the double water containers), with a sleek look that has a really nice night light that illuminates the ice in the evening, and fantastic crunchy ice. It hums along quietly While doing its thing, and looks good doing it! Worth every single penny!!!

    The ice maker does drop ice as stated The ice maker is easy to fill It does make noises occasionally when operating The lights do not automatically reset for cleaning but can be corrected by manually resetting

    It’s worth it!!!

    I am very highly satisfied with this machine and glad I made the investment. The set up is super easy and the fact that I can keep track of it via an app is awesome! It starts to make ice pretty quickly so that’s a plus. You won’t be disappointed with this but make sure you keep up with maintenance. Only thing I can say is, it is heavy so you definitely want to use some strength for this when carrying it and caring for it

    Like the ice not the noise.

    It’s very loud when making ice. Other than that it’s been great. Recommends sanitation sooner than expected but I’m sure that’s best.
