Found 3 gallon jugs n enjoying the amount of ice it makes

Ice maker not working after 6 months I’m not happy with best buy

Nice unit that takes up almost twice the footprint of our previous model. Upside is double the ice output per day.

I have had it for a while now. It is an amazing ice maker and water dispenser which was much needed at my job.

Makes ice quickly, and does not need to be refilled very often.

I bought this for my crew and they love it they make there drinks and put ice in there cups or thermal mugs

Great ice maker! Saves money in the long run. Bagged ice gets expensive over time.

I love it specially now that is very hot and is very convenient to have i have a big family and is very useful I recommended to my friends cuz i leterly made my son birthday party and it was very useful

Junk, it worked for one batch of ice only. It is only pushing water through now.

Ordered this, has never worked. I’ve been talking to the manufacturer and now they want to replace a main board and say I won’t get one for at least a month. Literally never worked out of the box. Going on 2 months now

Had to return The way the water bottle was set up is not very convenient not enough room for the water to fall

Ice and cold water whenever. Works like a charm and doesnt take up too much space.

I never revived this product. I and my 2 neighbors have cameras and nobody delivered anything have to go into Best Buy to talk with a manager. No pictures were taken by delivery driver
