Love the machine but too many problems!

Too late to return, so we have to send it back to the manufacturer. I do love the ice, but it’s too new for sensor issues.

Bad ice maker

This issue came out in July and we bought this ice market in mid September

Posted .We want to help with any issue you're having with the Descale light. We recommend making sure you've performed the full cleaning and descaling process; care and cleaning instructions are available starting on page 7 of the manual. That manual can be viewed on the Best Buy product page when you pull up the 'Features' section and scroll to the bottom. If you're still seeing the light after performing the full process, we recommend disconnecting the unit from power for 3 to 4 hours before reconnecting. If you continue to have an issue after resetting, please send us a private message via our GE Appliances Facebook, Instagram, X, or TikTok with your contact information, the complete model/serial numbers, and a copy of this review.

Initially worked great, then motor started making loud noise and ice making stopped. Needless to say returned to store and will not be purchasing this brand again.
