The Best Buy delivery team also installed and tested the water supply line to the new refrigerator.

Sergio went out of the way to order and deliver or new GE refrigerator.

It seems to be very well made.

BB Delivered a bad Unit the first time (which could not keep the temperature below 40° on a regular basis), And then said they would deliver a new replacement unit.... Which was missing bottom of doors casing and started melting water from the refrigerator into the freezer. Returning this model for a second time and going to drop GE refrigerators for good. What a cluster what a joke Hope others don't have to go through a nightmare like this, And why is BB selling these lemons?

Three week failure

Better than Last One
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a pro at this as this is my 6th in 2 years. It is a nice heavy product not tinny like my Samsung. Great space in the upper area for every size item except the tiny top shelf on the ice make section only can fit Jell-O containers. Also, the inside wording is poorly done and looks like is was never finished and several dings not caused by delivery but GE. But the basic product is great.

I have friends wih the refrigerator and they love it. I have all GE Cafe appliances so I expect it ot be great!

Not eligible for GE Profile Rebate!

Alas, purchases from Best Buy are not eligible for the rebate. GE does not advertise this on the main rebate page or the "click here to find where to buy, which takes you to Best Buy. You have to read the fine print on the actual rebate form from GE. Best Buy, you should make the buyer and the sales associates aware of this! A bit ticked that I bought 5 appliances from Best Buy only to be told by GE rebate team "It states in the rebate form, Best Buy purchases are not eligible for rebate". Now who reads the actual rebate form before purchase. On a side note, I do like the refrigerator.
