We replaced an older GE, with this new counter depth one and the fridge is great very spacious and great for keeping food organized. There is an option for a second ice maker on the bottom that we purchased as well and we never run out of ice now when we have friends over.

We bought this 18 months ago. After the compressor failed at 14 months, it was replaced under warranty but it now has a very annoying gurgling noise when it turns on. Four repair technicians have not been able to fix it, and now GE has given up and GE Consumer Relations tells us it's our problem. They only will replace the refrigerator if it doesn't cool, even though the repairmen said this is a very common problem after replacing a compressor. Think long and hard about buying a GE refrigerator. There is a class action lawsuit underway concerning failed compressors and getting a compressor fixed may leave you with an intolerable noise.

After 20 days fridge stops cooling. No ice, no cooling, no freezer. Best Buy standard return policy only 15 days! Spent $3500 for a fancy box. Lost most all our food. Very Disappointing!

Two years and no issues. Happy with this purchase. Looks great, roomy, efficient and in door water is simple. I wish the water filters were less expensive and triggered by the gallons filtered vs. time installed.

Finally have it! After delays and the 1st one that was delivered not working...Was not cooling in the fridge part. I am more then happy for this unit. Best buy was great. I love the color and it matches my kitchen perfect. I love it!

This refrigerator has plenty of room. It also has the sliding shelf for extra tall products. It has the autofill on the outside water dispenser. I have only used this a few times but this seems like something I will be using a lot more of. I do notice a buzzing noise once in a while which I am getting used to.

Haven't had delivery yet but hope I will love my new GE Profile refrigerator.

I am so happy with the size and arrangement of the shelves. We have experienced no problems. We have only had this refrigerator for a short time but I did a lot of research before purchasing and this is exactly what I wanted.

I like it, very quite. Only problem is fingerprints.

The freezer door is sometimes touchy when closing. It also seems that the inside smaller door inside the freezer comes off the track easily. A better design for the refrigerator section would be for the meat drawer to be divided in half like the produce doors are. With the design the way it is right now you have to open both refrigerator doors to get into the meat door

Super fridge , has lots of storage space. MAKES LOTS OF ICE. Only concern is the top doors aren't level . Needs a service call

Very well put together. Well built. Runs a little cold so I had to adjust the temp up to keepnthing n the back of the fridge from freezing.

The GE Profile line has always been my #1 choice for reliability.

Has more room than I thought it would have, with the ice maker in the door it frees up a lot of space. The freezer has plenty of room also. We are please as we were with the 18 year GE we retired.

I love true counter depth! It makes my kitchen seem bigger. Ice maker works great and water and ice through the door is awesome.

I do love this fridge, but there is one problem. The ice door freezes shut and is VERY difficult to open. I had a service man come out and he said this is a problem with this fridge and that I should be sure to register it so that when they come up with a solution I will be notified.
