Just recently installed but this dishwasher is very quiet, More-so than the Bosch it replaced. Dishes are getting cleaned very well and the drying system seems to work perfectly.

As a Total Tech member, the installation of the dishwasher should have been free, but the installers refused to install it claiming my countertops were too low. I had visitors coming and just wanted it installed, so I ended up having a local handyman install it at a cost of ~$400. He said that there was no reason why Best Buy couldn't install it. They just didn't want to. Overall, the dishwasher works ok, looks nice and is super quiet.

I love this machine. Three racks and loads beautifully. It has large capacity. It is so quiet that when I first started using it I was afraid it wasn’t washing. Geek Squad crew installed and did a super job. Ashley and Heather. They were very professional.

This one replaced the old one. It is very quiet and efficient. I had check it sometimes to see if it was on.

Quieter than expected. Love the 3rd rack. Service was excellent including installation. Installer was very informative re: appliance maintenance. Dishwasher cleans well using the manufacturer’s recommended cleaning product.

Unit is attractive with interior controls. Very quiet while running and cleans/dries well. Great so far (1 month)

Two things... First touch controls take a minute or twenty to start, kinda frustrating and secondly...tub is not completely dry after wash and dry cycle! Now thats makes me a little more mad! Not sure if its such a big deal...all my other (much older) dishwashers were completely dry after wash and dry cycle, hmmmmmm

This is a nice dishwasher for the price. Love the extra rack above the top rack. I was expecting for the money that the racks would be sturdier but feel sort of cheap. All in all it is a good running quiet dishwasher.

Excellent dishwasher! Has bottle jets and extra enhancement to clean silverware. Once we figured out the dry boost cycle we were completely satisfied. Cleans and dries dishes extremely well. Highly recommend!

Cleans well and extremely quiet. I like the option to just wash top or bottom rack seperately. I cant speak to reliability as I have only had it a month.

This is the best dishwasher ever!! Super QUIET and all the extra features like just running the top shelf is awesome… Very pleased..

We are delighted with this dishwasher so far (we only had it for a week). I particularly like the spray action that happens under the silverware carrage; I didn't notice this feature at the store. The third rack for serving utensils is practical, another bonus.

I really want to like this dishwasher, it's super quiet, does a great job of cleaning, the 3rd rack is a really cool feature! But!!!!! The bottom rack is literally the cheapest part of a dishwasher I've ever used, the plastic rollers fall off mid cycle, they melt at the bottom and become useless. After 6 months; I now have no more rollers. I would recommend something with better quality parts.

The top drawer has very little value. Dish placement gets complicated with full load. It is vey quite and has good functions and options to meet any need. Sale people need to learn more about products

This is my second GE slate dishwasher. I don't know if the first one was defective or a lemon but I only had it for 5 years. After about 2.5 yrs the door hinges became so jacked up that the door itself separated and broke apart. I had to replace the door and pay an appliance guy to install the new door. Then after another 2.5 years the same thing happened. I didn't want to buy the same dishwasher because I thought it was a design flaw but the salesman said he's never heard of that happening. Since all my other appliances are GE Slate I had to get the same dishwasher or mismatch them. I went with the same dishwasher. I don't feel comfortable rating the quality and value since my first one was garbage. I guess we'll see. It is easy to use though.

Unit works great. It is the 45db model, but much more quiet than our old one. It is a very quiet unit. It cleans the dishes well. Installation was professional. I would definitely recommend this item.

Good size, like the silverware tray rather than the standing rack. But most of all, like that it is VERY quiet. Only drawback is settings on the top of the door, meaning you can’t see them without opening the door.

Purchased this because my old profile dishwasher was going out after 25+ years! I probably wouldn't get the 3rd rack again-I don't really use it and it takes up space for tall glasses. Love the features and it's very quiet!

We recently bought this for our new house and we love it! Very quiet and cleans dishes effectively with 1 cycle. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their current dishwasher.
