I’ve had the combo for one month and I’m very happy with the purchase. I love the ease of use, the settings are intuitive and the app is fantastic. I did just order the GE cleaning brushes for the lint filter. I think that should come automatically with the combo, IMO. I would recommend this unit if you’re looking to try a combo washer/dryer.

I have had and used this machine for 4 months and I love the ease of starting and forgetting until it is ready to be folded! No worrying with detergent or fabric softener with each load, simply pour whole bottle in and you are ready for lots of loads, after 4 months it just needed refilled. It has been great so far!

No more rewashing a load of clothes because you got lazy and procrastinated. Pour in liquid detergent and fabric softener for multiple loads to come. Sign up for the app and get real time updates from your appliance about the load you’re washing/drying. The app will tell you when your detergent/frabic softener are getting low. This appliance is absolutely amazing!!

A bit early to give a full review since it was just installed and we don't know if we will be doing the WIFI yet. The installer finished the hook up quickly and efficiently, but since this model is relatively new to the market he was unsure of full operation. He did run it through a basic operation to check for leaks. We read the instruction manual to learn basic operation but we ran into a minor issue with the display. We were trying to figure out how to change settings and discovered by calling the consumer hotline that the unit comes with a sticker over the display. NOWHERE does it state to remove that circular sticker before use. Not on the sticker, in the owners manual(that we saw), or mentioned by the installer. GE should print "REMOVE BEFORE USE" right on the sticker. The consumer hotline rep did say that there were several inquiries regarding this. We did a king comforter as a first test which lasted about 3 hours and came out warm and dry. After that we cleaned the upper filter and emptied the lower condensate drain per instructions. After that wash/dry we left the door slightly open for a while per salesperson advise. We are happy with it and still learning its features.

A great laundy machine. Washes and dries in half the time of our old combo. The built in detergent and fabric softener make it easy - just toss in a load, select a cycle, and press start. Cycle time varies depending on load size, but an average load for us generally takes about 2 hours. Great when you have two kids that generate a ton of laundy.

Uses a regular outlet instead of a 220v. It uses half the space. Worry free as is it is auto detergent and softener liquids. One stop shop. Ideal for our family.

I was very skeptical about buying this combo, however, I looked into it and had 2 people I know also say they had one. I've had it for a couple of weeks now & I just love it. The ease of use & the fact that you don't have to add detergent or softener for every load. You fill the tanks & it takes care of itself. It's truly a One & Done is the Best. I'm glad I took the risk.

An amazing piece of technology! Everyone in our house noticed how clean clothes leave this machine. It is simple to use and super economical to run. The price tag is painful and it weighs around 300 lbs, it is not yet affordable for everyone but I'm hopeful that this technology will eventually replace less efficient machines and become more affordable for everyone to enjoy.

Admittedly, this all-in-one is not as good as two very expensive machines that wash for one and dry for the other. But that's not the comparison. This all-in-one is energy efficient, space saving, high quality, and reasonably fast Fits in a tight space with normal power. Off you go while you control everything from your phone.

As I appreciate what was tried to accomplish, I feel as though it just didn't quite work. The drying seemed to be the largest issue for us. We were sold a pedestal to begin with and it. The very first load we put very little clothes in just to see how much water and soap gets used but the machine shook so much it was scary!! After separating the machines, the issue turned to drying. Towels would spin and stick to the machine. Some would cold down but not all of them so I would have to run a rinse and dry cycle or just wash with next load out of frustration. I would Clean out the lint everytime out of habit but I noticed lots of loads I had on extra dry or I just set out to dry a little longer. I printed the manual and noticed the pet hair option but was sad to see we didn't have it. We did get it after the 40 the washes and we decided to turn it in. lol. That would not have been a game changer but that was a perk that we were interested in when researching at the beginning. The extras was also my complaint. If I forgot to carry my phone in the room (a person with disability) and I wanted a different option on the downloads, I was out of luck.

If I could give a no star I would have!! From day one this machine has not given me one load of clothes without me having to re run it in dryer mode again no matter the size of the load I put in it . It takes 4 to 5 hours to wash and dry one load and still have to hang them on A close line to get dry . Iv fallowed the steps to clean out the lint hole , that by the way is a very ignorant idea to put it in the back on the machine with very slim access to the hole that I’m asked to put a vacuum hose into when it’s clogged . This machine is a good idea with a very bad design. I will most likely be reporting this on the bbb site and others

I like the machine very much I don’t have to go up and dawn putting the wash in the dryer sometimes I feel it needs more time for drying I shake everything real well and it feels dry I like how you can fill the machine with soap and softener and the machine takes what it needs for the load it will tell you when the soap is almost gone It’s a amazing machine

Purchased this on 7/6. I have completed 28 loads of laundry so far. I love the fact that I can throw in a load of laundry and literally just hit start and it does the rest. All of your laundry soap goes inside and it uses what it needs to while washing. There is also a place for fabric softener and it uses that too (on its own). I love that I can do a load of laundry before I go to work and come home and it is all dry. The drum inside and the door is always dry after every load. Your clothes may "feel" a bit damp when you take them out, but that goes away within seconds....they recommend you shake your clothes when you pull them out. I have a few cats and the lint trap seems to be collecting most of it from my clothes which my old dryer didn't do well. Yes, you can stack another one on top of you want to get 2 loads going at the same time. It works on 110 NOT 220 and no gas needed! You will not be disappointed with this machine. The guys who delivered were really nice and they carried it upstairs and installed it for me. The drum is large and I have no problem fitting comforters inside. I have also washed some area rugs and all types of clothes. Most loads are done within 2 hours (50 min to wash and about the same to dry) but it detects what is needed so you don't have to do anything but press power and start. There is a light inside the drum which makes it really easy to see inside while washing or when you open the door.
