There's an article on our website that can help check on that, it's titled: GE PROFILE™ ULTRAFAST COMBO WASHER/DRYER - FINDING THE SOFTWARE VERSION ID. You can find that by clicking on the Support tab. We also have troubleshooting tips in the manual that may be helpful; you can view the manual on our website via the unit's product page. If you’re not able to solve this drying issue and think service may be needed, that department is available at 1-800-432-2737.

Love this machine

Had to get use to the heavy clothes feeling damp but like the instructions say shake them out and they were totally dry. The saving of water and electricity is also a great benefit.

Breaks often, hard to fix, bad lint filter design

It doesn't dry well. It advertises high energy efficiency but runs two to three times longer which doesn't end up saving much if any in energy costs. The other thing that doesn't work on these is the lint filter. Lint goes through it and around it and clogs up the radiator. We would not purchase this product again and do not recommend it.

Ft ultrafast combo washer has not been delivered yet, we are impressed with the new system and how it washes and dries in the same unit without venting, saving money on electricity.

I’m one of those persons that never transfer clean laundry to the dryer in a timely way. This makes my life so much easier. I love that I don’t need to worry about the detergent or softener.

Only thing I dont like is that if its a heavy load (towels, bedding sweats etc) it take 1+ hour to dry. Has a quick cycle option at 1h 10m if you want your clothes washed and dried so thats a plus but only if its a small load. Overall its worth looking into if you dont have the space for 2 seperate machines.

Posted .We are so pleased to hear you are enjoying your new UltraFast Combo. This is definitely a win-win! No load transfer and the time that you save is amazing! The key is to always make sure you have the most updated version of software downloaded. Your app should show “45.0.4.64”.

Not worth the momey

However, I have quickly found out why this is not the best design. First, the machine takes a very long time to go through the washing and drying cycle, but the worst part is, the dryer is not drying our items. The items are very damp and cannot be folded or hung up when they come out of the machine. I have put the items back in on dry only for over an hour and the machine still is not drying them so then I have to go and use my older dryer to dry my clothes. It defeats the whole purpose.

Energy costs are lower at night. I am also using so much less detergent because it is only using what it needs based on the size of the load. I love, love, love this machine!

Clothes are left clean and you don't have to keep an eye on them.

My new combo unit

I live scheduling it to run overnight and wake up to it all done. I think the de wrinkle option may be at too high a heat for me. Otherwise very hapo
