Less than pleased

But the thing broke down not 5 months into purchasing and now takes 9-12 hours to dry a single load. I could hand wash and dry my laundry faster. Buy an old school washboard and drying rack instead; laundry will take the same amount of time to complete. This product is trash that breaks down super easily and is not worth the nearly $3k.

Connected to my Wi-Fi, mobile app, and registered the product in 20 mins. My first load went without a hitch and my clothes came out super soft and smelling great. Settings to customize my loads were easy as well.

For some it may not make sense but for us it makes lots of sense! My old dryer was in the garage and washer in the kitchen, so it was very frustrating doing laundry. Now we never have to worry about a stinky load!

We are very happy with how easy it is to operate and the clothes come out so clean and fresh.

This is the new style of washing coming to the market. Uses way less energy in his way more efficient space-saving as well. It uses only 110 with no dryer vent needed.

It literally saved me from having to install a gas dryer vent into my new home. So grateful, I haven’t had any issues with the drying that most people say.

Freed up a ton of room in our laundry room. The only downside is the lack of parallel processing, but this is a minor one.

My combo recently is making grinding sound when it starts running during washing cycle. The drying cycle seems do not have the sound. 2. The control lock feature keeps beeping like turning on and off when during washing and drying. The beeping sound stops after awhile then starts making the sound again. Overall, the machine is still doing its job. This unit requires regular maintenance. I do not think it worths the money for the headache.

Works like a dream!

No more "Oops I forgot to switch the load to the dryer!" Which is why my laundry would take forever, not to mention saves it from becoming moldy if left over night! Clothes come out clean and dry (don't let the slight humid feel when you pull the clothes out confuse you. It is not damp, that feeling goes away after a minutes of being taken out.) I love how it has a dispenser for the soap and softener. Also that is calculates how much of them to use and water! Ventless allows it to be put anywhere it can be hooked up to water! When we remodel the upstairs, we hope to move the machine up there so no more up and down the stairs! Truly worth the purchase!

I am having an issue with Best Buy getting the door to swing from L to R.
