Terrible build quality and no support!

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome on paper, 110v and ventless fit my bill as I was moving from gas so 220 wasnt available and the space saving was an added bonus. Fast forward 11 months of light use, the unit stopped dying as well and 13 months of use the pump went out. Resulting in service and parts charges almost as much as a replacement buget dryer!! No warranty support or manufacturer support from best buy or GE. This product is junk and should be avoided!

Great washer

Dryer is slow but being the type it is i expected that. It makes up for it by allowing us to run it at night and at work. We love ours!

It was a nightmare for me… first month was good.. then the dryer part of rhe machine broke.. and even if you have best buy extended warranty you still have to go through the manufacturer before they can fix it.., so basically your first year of extended warranty is covered by best buy… long story short dont get this product

It already had the heat pump fail (6 months in) but the biggest issue that any pet hair gets stuck inside a tube YOU can't get to without removing the whole exterior shell. It's a pile of garbage and we are simply tossing it and getting new washer / dryer. It's to that point. 4th service appointment without a year, hearing from the techs each time how terrible this is. Enough

Nobody knows how to service it and working with GE is nearly impossible. I can’t believe this is still on the market.
