    Service techs call them “wet dogs”

    DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. ALL OF THE REVIEWS ARE SHORT TERM. After 8-12 weeks, the dryer becomes bogged down with lint regardless of how hard you clean it due to an engineering flaw that allows large amounts of lint into the blue fin heat pump. I had a tech come out and he informed me that all of the service techs refer to these machines as “wet dogs” and wouldn’t sell them to their in-laws. I wish I could’ve known this.

    To long to dry

    It takes forever to dry, a good idea but you can only do 1 load a day… you have to keep turn on the dryer to get things dry

      Thanks for sharing your experience. We apologize for any inconvenience with drying. For a better experience, make sure to separate heavy items. Large, heavy fabrics contain more moisture and can take longer to dry. Also, make sure to clean the lint filter after every 5th dry cycle.     First unit was DOA, delivery process became a mess

    Ordered my unit online, scheduled delivery. When the unit came, found the unit to be bad as the door wont latch. Fast forward to redelivery, the delivery was separated from the installation date. I had to spend anothet 15 min on the phone to fix it. As a result, my delivery installation date got pushed back again. I dont know if i will have it next week, will have to wait and see

    May be great… if you can get it delivered

    So no issue with GE at this point. This may be an amazing appliance. I just can’t get Best Buy to deliver it. My second appointment and they didn’t even drive by. Can’t get anyone on the phone. Have used BB in the past but will probably never again. I can’t keep taking time off work for deliveries that don’t show.

    Purchased from another site. Wish I had avoided. The dryer doesn't cut it. Lint management is terrible. Accumulates everywhere in machine. Check your corners and your evaporator. Its circumventing the filter housing. No help from ge. No parts available from ge. Don't fall for hype like I did

    Arrived Broken!!! GE cant fix and won't replace

    Never even used. GE attempted 2 repairs over 3 week time. Then told me parts are unavailable and no time line given. Offered me money for Laundromat but not replacement. Customer service very difficult and not helpful. AVOID!!!!!!!

    Received broken 'new' item

    During the initial wash cycle, the spinning mechanism produced alarmingly loud banging noises and caused the unit to shift several inches from its original position. This apparent malfunction raised serious concerns about the product's safety and overall integrity."

We encourage you to ensure that the brackets on the unit are removed. The diagram for this can be found on page 24 of the use and care manual on the product page. Please also check that the water hoses are not hitting the back of the unit.     Don’t make the mistake of buying this , Clothes aren’t dry , they are wrinkled and dear god don’t leave them in there overnight!!!

      To ensure the best drying performance from your Combo, please make sure the software is up to date using the SmartHQ app. We offer some great support inside of the Owner's Manual that could help with the issues you're experiencing. We recommend you follow the suggestions in the "Clothes too wet" section on pg. 27; and the "Wrinkling" section on pg. 30. The Combo also offers the Wrinkle Care option that could help as well. If this information doesn't prove helpful, we recommend scheduling a service appointment for one of our qualified technicians to assess your Combo.
