If you don't have one..... you are missing out on the convenience and savings this appliance offers you. A bit pricey but a major game changer in that segment. Use it everyday now for a few months and couldn't be happier.

Convenient and easy to set up. Installed in condo where there was no gas connection. No issues with electric outlet either.

This all-in-one washer/dryer combo has been a terrific purchase. Not only does it work great but it has freed up space in our laundry room not having to have two machines. Couldn't be happier with our purchase.

I love it! Super efficient and easy to use. Saves a lot of space in my laundry room and it makes keeping up with the laundry so much easier!

Excellent product. Works likes it is supposed to but it is heavy. Don't try to move it by yourself.

Bought this machine back in Dec 23 and was tickled with it for about 2 weeks. It was SOOO nice to be able to put a load of laundry in at night, and then get it out nice and dry in the morning! But then the clothes started not drying at all. I put in a service call, and after a week I had a guy come out and say it was the inverter board and it was on backorder. Keep in mind-we are a family of SIX and NEEDED that machine. Luckily it was only 3 weeks before it came in and he replaced it (cursing the whole time). I chopped it up to just a faulty part and began singing the machine's praises again. Like I said, when it is working, it is amazing! After 2 months, the display board began to flicker, and while it wasn't affecting the functionality, it looked horrible for a practically new EXPENSIVE machine. So I called again for service, and I learned that the previous guy wasn't servicing those machines anymore. GE agreed to just send me the display board and I could swap it out. A few weeks later, I got the board and watched a YouTube video and was back in business! About a month or two later I had the water pump stopped working, so I put in a request for service... talked to a person who said they would do a little digging on a service technician and call me back... Never heard anything back, so I got an endoscope and angle pliers and found that it was only a hair tie, so it was an easy fix. Fast forward to yesterday, and the machine is not drying again. I've opened another ticket with GE, but feel like I am "One and Done" with this unit! If they offer me a replacement machine, I will take it. But the first hiccup with the new machine, I will be demanding a refund and will go back to a pair of traditional units.

Love this product. Saves a ton of space. The all-in-one feature works like a charm. You no longer need to be home to move a load of clothes from the washer to the dryer. The ventless technology is amazing... The smart soap and softener dispensers are amazing as well!!

Best appliance I’ve purchased in decades! Huge energy saver and space saver! No more back aches pulling wet laundry out of washer and lifting above head into a stacked dryer! Laundry comes out clean and fresh and unit vents itself! Thank you GE for a terrific all in one washer/dryer!

This machine is wonderful. Very happy with my purchase. Only issue I had was when it was delivered the guys didn’t remove the shipping bolts in the back of the unit.. this is the first washer/Dryer ive ever purchased so i didnt really know that was a thing. the first couple of uses when it got to the spin cycle i thought it was going to take off like a rocket ship. Long story short, make sure the shipping bolts are removed before firing up this Combo.

Takes some time to get familiar with the options. Works great, but you need to do smaller loads for the items to dry completely the first time.

I really wanted to like this product and read all kinds of reviews before purchasing. Turns out it took a while for the poor reviews to start because these start to fail in about a year (right after warranty”. There were many things I disliked about the machine but I dealt with it because it still technically got the job done. 1. The machine is very noisy. It will randomly sound like a gun shot in your house for no reason. It vibrates your entire house frequently. I try to run laundry at night but it wakes the kids. 2. It doesn’t dry clothes all the way. 3. Lint buildup due to a design flaw (type this into google). 4. Constant drain codes that appear with nothing needing to be resolved. They leak excessively and door seal is easily damaged. One night it was vibrating the house so bad it sounded like an earthquake and that was the last time we used it. A couple weeks out of warranty. Called a repair person out and they said it’s a very common problem that will cost $900 to repair and a 5 week lead time on the part because everyone needs this part. Almost 2k spent for this and it lasted about a year. It is now garbage in my garage and replaced with new washer and dryers. GE was absolutely no help outside the 1 year. Hope I saved someone from dumping their hard earned 2k down the drain.

I tried this out to see if this will work in my clients condo unit. And this machine is amazing. This is a game changer for anyone living in a condo without a vent to the outside. Or in an home as well. No need for a vent to clean out anymore.

This product has been the best investment of our lives, being able tk just toss in a load of laundry before bed and we have a fresh load when we wake up and not have to toss it from the washer to the dryer is a blessing

Bought on a whim... zero regrets. Easy controls, large dispenser bins, easy to clean filter. Clothes are cleaner than my old machine. Times are as good as standard machines ... better because you don't have to switch them over. Hard to judge electric use, but youtuber says less.

I’ve had the unit for about a week. I like it so far. I am used to running multiple loads with a set of washer and dryer by moving them from one unit to the next which I can’t do now. But it’s convenient to have all in one otherwise

Absolutely ingenious. This product not only saves time it saves a lot of space. All in one washer and dryer, no vest required and 110v not 220. It’s magnificent I just love it.

We purchased this in Nov 2023 and it has broken three times, has sat for months while they tried to fix it. It doesn't dry well. It advertises high energy efficiency but runs two to three times longer which doesn't end up saving much if any in energy costs. The other thing that doesn't work on these is the lint filter. Lint goes through it and around it and clogs up the radiator. We would not purchase this product again and do not recommend it.

Great investment! At first I was scared because it wasn’t drying the clothes but after reading the instructions and everything it does! And it even leaves the clothes smelling better penetrating the softener smell .
