Excellent unit works great but highly recommends to anyone who is looking for a washer dryer that makes life so much easier especially if you don't like making. Lots of trips to swap out clothes. Shut up

GREAT CHOICE AND VERY HAPPY! IS EASY TO USE AND VERY EASY WITH THE APP. I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT TRANSFERING TO DRYER. IT TAKE THE SAME TIME IF YOU HAVE INDIVIDUAL APPLIANCE.

when it works, it's awesome. Breaks all the time, requires special tools to clean the lint out, requires someone to come out and tear it apart to clean the evaporators.

I love the fact that i dont have to transfer loads anymore since I always forget my clothes in the washer and have to rewash em the next day.

I have been using this machine for a couple of month and so far it is amazing

What a game changer! excellent energy saving machine. Does Wash and dry with no high power consumption. Can't go wrong with this. This is our 3rd machine for our multiple laundry rooms.

I love this! It makes my laundry day far less complicated. Not having to move clothing between appliances is great!!

I have three gripes. One with Best Buy, one with GE, and the other with the delivery company. I purchased the GE Profile Combo and it was delivered by a pair of disgruntled delivery men that clearly hate their job. They sent two delivery people even though the unit is extremely heavy and there's stairs involved. When I went to hook up the unit, the hose attachment was completely destroyed. I called Best Buy and explained the issue. They told me I could replace it but would have to pay an additional $100 for delivery. Totally absurd. After about an hour on support chat, I was told that once the new unit arrives, I can call in again for a refund on the $100. Whatever, I just need a washing machine, so I agreed. The new unit arrived a couple of weeks later and it was the same delivery people... again only two. They told me they could not deliver it because it was more than a two person job. After another length of time on the phone, I finally had it delivered. Great. I can finally do all the laundry that was piling up. After about two months of having the unit, it started having issues. The clothes would not dry and the unit would end cycle in the middle of a wash. It got to the point that the end cycle would happen immediately after starting a cycle. GE sent a repairman out who had no idea how to diagnose this unit. After calling someone else, he told me that I need to replace the computer parts in the washer/dryer and that he would be back in 2 weeks. A week later, I receive a robocall from GE telling me that the parts are on backorder. I wait another 2 weeks and decide to call for a status update. They tell me that it's going to take another month before the parts are available. Absolutely absurd. I hope once my geeksquad warranty kicks in, they're ready for continuous repairs.

If I didnt have to deal with GE's garbage 'bodewell repair service' i would give this a decent review even with the fact the gasket ripped one month after the one year warranty expired. They have rescheduled the repair three different times and refuse to keep appointments or communicate honestly. The techs lie to protect themselves. This has been a paper weight for a month now. The two in one is convenient though. When it works.

Elegant, yet simple. The all in one washer dryer combo is a breeze to use. I haven’t experienced any of the negatives others have described. A regular full normal load takes 2 hours 12-15 mins while a full set of heavy blankets may take an extra hour. The device sends notifications for everything, cycle complete, needs laundry detergent, fabric softener, clean filter, you name it. This unit basically allows for double the space due to no longer needing a stand alone dryer making it a must for any small space / smaller laundry rooms. Set up was a breeze, just follow the prompts on the screen upon powering up the unit.

Machine is easy to operate. Haven't learned all the advanced features yet. If you have things in wash that you don't want dried, remember to select wash only.

I absolutely love this combo unit. Our clothes seem to be cleaner. The pet dehairing feature is good, we have two goldens. The detergent and softener reservoir with auto dispensing is a clutter reducer. So much space savings from a double stack, great for my height challenged wife. No more venting heat outside the home. I will never own a different washer from this point forward.

I was so excited to get this. After 9 months i do regret this purchase. There are a few things that are nice however the negative definitely out weigh the positives. Our clothes do not dry all the way using the sensory dry unless the load is very small. Our clothes come out wrinkled. I deep clean the washer twice a month and it has developed a moist order. Now it has stopped spinning. Thankfully its under warranty however its going to take 10 days for them to come out. A family of 6 without a washer for 10 days is going to be a struggle.

This unit is quiet and efficient. It saves space by combining a washer and dryer in one. It does increase the humidity in the room it is in though.
